Kelly Zic has extensive experience in defending both commercial and residential claims involving labor law, general, premises, and automobile liability, as well as negligence supervision and security related suits.  Kelly is able to achieve remarkable results because she understands the importance of a comprehensive and thorough investigation, which she has demonstrated consistently is key to developing successful defense strategies.  

Kelly has successfully mediated numerous cases and argued extensively in both New York’s First and Second Departments.  Also licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Kelly worked as a partner at a prominent insurance defense firm, as well as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company, prior to joining our firm.
