Matthew Pfalzer’s entire career has been devoted to insurance defense and commercial litigation. He has been defending property owners, business owners, corporations, medical professionals, and self-insureds involved in premises, labor law, toxic substance exposure, product, and professional liability claims, as well as contractual and subrogation liability matters. Matt also has also represented professional athletes in contract negotiations.

As a trial lawyer, Matt has successfully defended numerous jury trials to verdict in venues across New York State, and he understands the complexities and risks that accompany litigation, and works diligently to guide clients through those challenges.

Matt is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
