Richard Salvato is a member and partner at Peirce & Salvato PLLC. He has developed a reputation for vigorously defending some of the toughest and most complex labor law, defamation, catastrophic injury, land-use, copyright/trademark infringement, premises, products liability, municipal defense and commercial litigation cases. He handled one of the first wrongful adoption cases in the SDNY, a large real estate partnership dissolution, adverse possession claims, and a plethora of other highly unique and often labor-intensive litigation.

Richard believes that the times are changing rapidly, and that the litigation field needs to change with it. He strives on every case to provide near immediate insight on why a case should be resolved, what pieces of information are necessary to facilitate a resolution, or what will be required to defend the action through trial.

Richard is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
