Robert Peirce began his career almost 40 years ago defending professional liability claims for architects, engineers, insurance brokers and attorneys. He formed the predecessor firm, Peirce & Associates in 1990, where he transitioned to handling complex premises, products, labor law and automobile liability claims. He has also directly represented numerous municipalities, defending a broad array of cases, including various Civil Rights and police excessive force claims.
Robert has also has served as a local prosecutor for various towns and villages throughout Westchester County, and has extensive experience with local and state building and zoning code enforcement. As a founding member and partner at Peirce & Salvato PLLC, he concentrates on defending significant SIU and insurance fraud matters.
Robert is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the New York State Bar Association.
